Twelve weeks allows us to build structure, develop consistency, and create meaningful improvements that extend well beyond the initial phase. -
You’ll track your intake inside the Jidlo app, giving you visibility and ownership over your nutrition.
Tracking builds awareness — and awareness drives change. -
Every four weeks, your coach reviews your data and provides clear feedback and next-step recommendations for the following phase.
This keeps you moving forward while giving you the space to implement independently. -
We reassess your data, measure objective progress, and determine the smartest next steps.
