CrossFit – it’s all about hurling tractor tyres and dripping in sweat, right? Wrong. Sure, we’ll get you to physically challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone but that’s just one aspect of CrossFit.
Here at Soul Rebel we see CrossFit as a vehicle for living well. If you want to learn how to lead a healthier life, feel fitter and be stronger then you’ll fit right in. We take a holistic approach to health and longevity, incorporating many aspects of fitness to create a balanced body and mind. Strength and endurance, mobility and nutrition are all key to a CrossFit lifestyle.
CrossFit may begin in the gym but that’s not where it ends. You’ll learn new things about yourself, make different life choices, approach challenges with confidence and develop new friendships. You’ll understand movement and what your body is capable of and apply that to your daily life.

The Soul Rebel team has 40+ years of coaching experience across different disciplines. We want to share it with you. Each coaching session is supported with dedicated mobility sessions to prepare your body for training and to aid recovery. Our speciality classes give you the opportunity to refine specific skills.

Our CrossFit classes offer two streams of programming – Fitness & CF Performance. Both are programmed in-house to allow us to give members exactly what they need.
Both are designed to create balanced, healthy, strong bodies while having a different emphasis and end goals of general fitness & CrossFit competition.
Your New Space
Our Stretch Classes are run virtually in our Low-Intensity Rooms. These are specially equipt rooms which help to contrast the workload done in our Strength & Conditioning Classes and help members prioritise mobility & recovery.
Iron Lion Barbell & Soul Rebel Freestyle are programs provided that are fully integrated into our CrossFit programs. These speciality classes are there to allow members to work on some of the more technical movements involved in CrossFit, and be coached by experienced Weightlifting & Gymnastics coaches. These classes are suitable for any level from beginner to experienced.
Can’t make classes, maybe you don’t like training in a group. You might also want to refine a specific area or seeking further learning. Private coaching is a great option and something ALL new members experience before commencing classes

Our goal is to teach you more about movement and how you can get the most out of life. We thrive on seeing our students progress and achieve things they never thought possible.
Excellent coaching staff who are informed and encouraging. Class size limits and staffing extra coaches for big classes allows for individual attention and to ensure correct technique. Soul Rebel has a great atmosphere, classes are always varied, hard work and fun!
I started at Soul Rebel in 2012 and haven’t looked back! The gym becomes your second family. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive in all things CrossFit and strength and fitness in general. It’s not a gym it’s a community that supports you to push yourself to do things you wouldn’t have thought possible. You always manage to take something away from every class, even the ones that test your mind most.

For the first time in my life I found myself unmotivated to train and knew I needed something different. I had an average experience at another CrossFit gym and reluctantly tried CrossFit Soul Rebel. I Joined CrossFit Soul Rebel a little over 6 months ago looking to change up my training program and lose a few extra kilos. I’d been weight training for over 10 years and had heard mixed reviews about CrossFit but thought I’d give it a go. Since joining I haven’t looked back! From the moment I first walked into the gym all the members and coaches were really encouraging and friendly, the workouts varied and as intense as you want them to be. I’ve lost over 10kgs, getting even stronger and more flexible every session. I could not recommend CrossFit enough especially the team at Soul Rebel. Get amongst it!
