✅ Start simple. Don’t try to overhaul every aspect of nutrition at once — focus on adding one good habit at a time (e.g., plan your dinners, prep snacks, or increase water). Give yourself no longer than 7 days grace to get your plan sorted.
✅ Prioritize protein + colour. Focus on lean proteins, plenty of veggies, and hearty winter carbs like sweet potato or oats to warm you up and keep you full.
