At CrossFit Soul Rebel we are lucky enough to have 2 facilities, located in Greensborough and Thornbury. Our aim is to support as many people with their health and fitness as possible across these suburbs.
Greensborough was our founding location. Established in 2011, it quickly built an impressive reputation for high-quality movement and coaching. In 2013 we expanded to our second location in Thornbury. We have gone from strength to strength, creating an amazing community that breeds success. Both facilities boast a great range of equipment, a mobility/yoga room and shower facilities.

They are mothers & fathers, sons & daughters, office workers & nurses, barristers & policemen, tradies & personal trainers. All with one common goal of seeking health and fitness in a supportive environment. Start from where YOU are. It doesn’t matter how far or fast the person next to you can run or what’s on their barbell. It’s all about you and your goals.

The Soul Rebel team has 40+ years of coaching experience across different disciplines. We want to share it with you. Each coaching session is supported with dedicated mobility sessions to prepare your body for training and to aid recovery.

Our CrossFit classes are designed to create balanced, healthy, strong bodies. There are no secrets in what we program or do, we just make sure everything is performed to the highest possible level.

STRETCH CLASSES
Our Stretch Classes are run virtually in our Low-Intensity Rooms. These are specially equipt rooms which help to contrast the workload done in our Strength & Conditioning Classes and help members prioritise mobility & recovery.

Your Coaches
PRIVATE COACHING
Can’t make classes, maybe you don’t like training in a group. You might also want to refine a specific area or seeking further learning. Private coaching is a great option and something ALL new members experience before commencing classes.
