I know it sounds like hyperbole, but I am being sincere when I say that joining Soul Rebel almost three years ago has changed my life.I am infinitely fitter, stronger, happier and more confident than when I started. I can now do things I always thought were reserved for “other people”. You know… Those fit athletic people who you assume must be made of something different to you. Through the encouragement and support of the Soul Rebel coaches, I came to realise that nothing is unachievable with hard work and patience, and most importantly having a bloody good time doing it. This mindset now permeates through all aspects of my life, and I have Soul Rebel and the awesome community they have created to thank for it.
