Soul Rebel offers private coaching sessions from 30 minutes to 60 minutes as well as 2 on 1’s. These sessions are great for honing in on specific areas, that may be skill acquisition, strength or cardio development or targeting weight loss and body composition changes.
We can work on specific training areas like gymnastics, weightlifting and overall fitness and well-being. We have helped individuals with a myriad of changes, and private coaching provides a very personal platform to create positive change.
Private Sessions can also be more accessible for individuals with time constraints and used as a tool to progress individuals to group classes if they have certain physical limitations.
