CROSSFIT FITNESS PROGRAM
This is a great all-around Foundation program. It supports you to build strength & keep your body feeling healthy while helping you achieve your goals of Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Performance, Mobility & more.
Our program uses a wide variety of movements and techniques to help you achieve what you need. With the use of gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, calisthenics, high volume, tempos & more, your body is challenged day to day in many different ways. This combination is perfect for movement correction, body composition and increasing general health and fitness.
Everything is easily scalable as well, which means each work out is pretty much personalised to what YOU need, not what the person next to you needs. Can’t do a pull up yet, great we’ll give you a scale that will help you build towards that pull up in the future. Movements can also be upscaled if needed to keep you challenged enough. So you’re getting the best out of yourself each and every class.
IRON LION BARBELL CLUB
This is your chance to improve your Olympic lifting with a regular class. The Olympic lifts are some of the most technical movements performed in CrossFit. They also offer a multitude of benefit to each athlete, helping to develop strength, speed, power and flexibility along with co-ordination and balance.
Each week, the coaches dedicate time to break the lifts down and build strength in different positions. This helps overall improvement and allows you to perform with guidance from an experienced, proven Olympic lifter.
Each studio has a fully equipped mobility/yoga room, with yoga mats, blocks, bolsters & straps.
We run virtually guided sessions before, during & after a majority of our classes. This allows you to warm up and cool down in a really effective way. We encourage all of our members to use this time to perform general maintenance for their body and wellbeing in an easily digestible session. There are no crazy, elaborate contortions. It’s all just basic positions that we should all be able to get in to.
We also run monthly Yoga workshops with one of our experienced yoga teachers from these rooms.
Soul Rebel offers private coaching sessions from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, as well as 2-on-1’s. These sessions are great for honing in on specific areas such as skill acquisition, strength or cardio development or targeting weight loss and body composition changes.
We can work on specific training areas like gymnastics, weightlifting and overall fitness and wellbeing. We have helped individuals with a myriad of changes. Private coaching provides a very personal platform to create positive change.
Private sessions can be more accessible than group classes if you have time constraints. They can also be used as a stepping-stone into group sessions if you have certain mobility difficulties. One of our professionals can help you with your goals.
