Thornbury is located a few streets back from Bell Street.
Both gyms are equipped with everything you could need for training and somethings you would never think to use as well. There are change rooms and showers available for your convenience.

MEET OUR EXPERT COACHES
Owner / Head Coach Thornbury
Ben started training at our Greensborough facility in January 2012. Having studied Exercise Science and managing gyms, Ben had a lot of experience managing and coaching members. With all his past experience, Ben was the perfect partner in moving forward with a new business in Thornbury. Since opening Thornbury in June 2013, Ben has created a tight-knit and friendly community, with emphasis on form and technique.
General Manager Thornbury / Coach
Aliy started as a member in 2012 and quickly fell in love with CrossFit and the community around it. She brings fun and excitement to every class she coaches. As well as leading the way in our member services department, as General Manager at Thornbury. Aliy is a very technical coach and will help you perfect your fitness while having a great experience. A great asset to the team and loved by all.
Scott has a great background in fitness, he has been a PT for a number of years now and has run his own outdoor training business in the past. Scott is great with members and loves a good yarn, he takes a very keen interest in everyone in his classes and is keen to pass on his knowledge.
Luke is a great asset to the team at Thornbury. Currently, in the middle of becoming an Osteopath, he brings a lot to our members. We’re looking forward to seeing Luke develop more and more as his studies in Osteo and coaching continue.
Ruth has been one of our longest serving members and found a passion for coaching over her time with us. Ruth is also our gym mum, having 3 kids of her own, she loves helping mothers to be, new mums and older mums back to health and fitness. She brings a lot of energy to her classes and a tonne of fun.
Katie is a hard worker and puts the effort into everything she does, including her coaching. She has great relationships with members and helps to build confidence.
