For the newer members of CrossFit Soul Rebel, you’ll be asking “What is The CrossFit Open?”. For the older members, you’ll know this is a very exciting time of year for us. It’s a time where we can come together across 5 weeks and 5 workouts, that can help you refocus your fitness goals, cheer each other on, test yourself and create new goals for the next year. No matter what your current fitness level is there is a lot to be gained from taking part in the Open.
